Youngster Art Collector Acquires Painting At Cheap Auction, Later Finds Out Its Real Worth

Inspecting The Artist’s Signature

While he got the watercolor part spot on, attention was quickly brought to the bottom right-hand corner of the painting, where a signature is found. It is normally where artists put their names, but of course, the boy hadn’t missed it at all.

Padlo acknowledged the existence of the signature and admitted that while he could make out the first part, Albert, he had no clue what the second part of the name could be. Luckily for him, David Weiss had looked into it and knew who the artist was.
