Three Heavyweights In One Shot
Boxing legend and social activist Muhammad Ali was in good company the night he went to see the fabled Studio 54. The heavyweight champion met with other heavyweights, albeit in their own fields, interacting with the likes of Bianca Jagger and Calvin Klein.
He might not have approved of the excesses he saw there though. Ali, already a convert to the Islamic faith at the time, likely didn’t partake in the alcohol and other substances going around the place as doing so would be haram. He remained a devout Muslim until his death in 2016.
