Naomi Grossman As Pepper
Naomi Grossman’s biggest role was as Pepper in the hit horror anthology show, American Horror Story. But you wouldn’t recognize her from the show if you saw her in the street. This is because her character is so renowned for her microcephaly condition, which Grossman clearly does not have.
To transform for the role, Grossman shaved off her hair, which was then donated to Locks Of Love. She also had to sit in make-up for three hours a day with two people applying it. She is the only person to play the same character in two separate seasons on the show and is currently filming a movie called The Initiation.
