You’ll Never Guess The Origin Of Some Of The Most Common Used Inventions

Norway – Aerosol Spray

Norwegian chemical engineer Erik Rotheim worked on an old idea and invented the world’s first aerosol can in 1926. It is a dispensing system that creates mist out of liquid particles under pressure. However, the tin’s size, shape, and material were already being experimented with in several parts of the world.

So it was only after another two decades that researchers came up with designs varying from compact to large, refillable, and even just one-time use spray containers. Today these vessels are widely used in chemical industries, the cosmetics sector, and numerous other commercial purposes. This is also the mechanism and history behind our favorite perfume bottles!
