Towering 131 feet high, the world-record-breaking indoor waterfall called the Rain Vortex is a major attraction at Jewel Changi Airport, also featuring an indoor forest. It’s a true marvel as the airport now has a Skytrain to transport passengers between terminals. And the surrounding area has a variety of non-indigenous tree and plant species.
Passengers on the Skytrain have a clear view of the airport’s components, including the three terminals, hotel, retail buildings, and grounds. During the day, the waterfall is the main attraction, while at night, it transforms into a dazzling light show. It was purposely designed as the airport’s centerpiece to promote leisure travel to Singapore.
