Diandra Forrest is officially the first female with albinism signed by a major agency in the modeling world. She has talked about her appearance on many occasions, revealing that it started when she was 9 years old. Growing up with 4 other siblings, only one of which shared Forrest’s appearance, she felt out of place.
This naturally led to other kids asking if she was adopted and stuff like that, and even other parents asking her mom the same question. Forrest found her place in the world when she discovered modeling, and she has worked tirelessly with top brands in the past decade or so, changing the perception of albinism in public.
