Ralph Souffrant
Ralph Souffrant is one of the many models who begin their careers through Instagram. He was born in Haiti and migrated to the US when he was 9. Souffrant then attended school in New York, where he says other kids teased him for his speckled appearance. It wasn’t until he discovered exercising that his perspective of his own body changed.
He was discovered by a photographer when he was thirteen and, in 2015, Souffrant created his own Instagram account, kicking off his career. He had signed his first pro modeling contract in 2016 and is now often featured in popular magazines.
