What We Do in the Shadows
Inspired by a hilarious movie of the same name, the comedy series “What We Do in the Shadows” is a mockumentary-style show about the daily lives of a “family” of vampires (and other mystical creatures). The classical sitcom setup of “people sharing a house” works wonders when combined with supernatural events, odd characters, and a whole underground society of nightly creatures.
“What We Do in the Shadows” performed so well among viewers that it was renewed for a sixth season even before the fifth season premiered! It merely goes to show that FX and Hulu put a lot of trust in this production, and rightfully so.
