Maria Jose Cristerna’s extensive body modifications may seem shocking at first glance. But there’s so much more to the “Vampire Woman” than what meets the eye. She’s a loving mother of four children and a lawyer by training, for starters.
Cristerna was also recognized by the Guinness World Records 2012 as the woman with the most body modifications on the planet. At the time, her count was at 49, which includes multiple piercings and the tattoos that cover up the majority of her skin surface.
