Haleakala National Park — Maui
In Maui, the Haleakala National Park was named after a huge dormant volcano, but make no mistake: it will not put you to sleep. This exciting natural park covers an area of 33,265 acres and exploring it feels a little bit like walking on the moon’s surface.
We were told that it was possible to spend the night in the park, but we didn’t feel that adventurous. Additionally, we have no time to waste because we really need to make the most of our trip and take some cool pictures of the Waimea Canyon State Park.
