To date, Alison Sweeney’s most prominent role has been that of Sami Brady on the soap opera, “Days of Our Lives.” She has been on the show since 1987 and has appeared in over 3,600 episodes. She has been nominated for several awards for it and has even won six Soap Opera Digest Awards and a Daytime Emmy.
Besides that, Sweeny has been in a few films of the “Murder, She Baked” TV movie series. Belonging to a family of Irish descent, she lives in Los Angeles with her family, which includes her husband, David Sanov, and two children, a son and a daughter.
