Kelly Ripa – All My Children
Actress Kelly Ripa’s career started in high school when she acted in the play, “Ugly Duckling.” She was then scouted by her current manager, Cathy Parker, who encouraged her to pursue acting. Ripa has since been on several TV shows and movies, including “Hope & Faith” and “Marvin’s Room.”
Nonetheless, Ripa was soon to find even more success as a TV talk show host. She began co-hosting “Live! with Kelly and Ryan” in 2001 on WABC-TV. The program has seen much success throughout its run, and it has since been awarded a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Talk Show Hosts and another one for Outstanding Talk Show.
