Julianne Moore – Boogie Nights
Named as one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential people worldwide in 2015, Julianne Moore got a role in the soap opera, “As the World Turns,” in 1985. Following that, she got a few other non-significant film appearances before she went on to star in the blockbusters, “The Lost World: Jurassic Park,” and “Nine Months.”
In 1987, Moore played the lead character in “Boogie Nights” and got an Oscar nomination for her performance. Ever since then, she has been in a range of other superhits such as “The End of the Affair,” “Far from Heaven,” and “Still Alice.” She even won an Academy Award for the latter.
