A Picture That Can’t Be Recreated
We bet you’ve heard of very person in this iconic shot. There’s Andy Warhol, Calvin Klein, Brooke Shields, and Steve Rubell. Taken around the early ‘80s, the photo marked the beginning and end of an era. Shields’ star was on the rise as she appeared in the famous denim ad for the fashion designer and films like Endless Love.
Soon, the club would shut its doors. Warhol and Rubell would both die within years of each other in the tail end of the same decade. Safe to say, this photo is something that can’t be recreated today for a fun throwback to the good old days.
