There comes a time in an exercisers life that they need to freshen things up a little bit. Maybe the same old circuit is getting a little stale, or worse, you’re beginning to plateau. This is when you stop seeing improvement from your sweat sessions and need to either increase the load or try something different.

But instead of trying a different angle on a machine like the person in the GIF, why not broaden your horizon. Try a new discipline like CrossFit or Pilates or replace a few moves in your regiment with another. You can also try MMA, which is great for aerobic fitness, self-confidence, and street cred.
