History Repeating Itself?
A decade before Flight 914’s disappearance over the Atlantic Ocean, five military aircraft also went missing in the Bermuda Triangle. It was 1945, and a squadron composed of 27 men was on what was supposed to be a three-hour training session in Florida when they disappeared without a trace.
They were last contacted when the squadron leader reported that his compass suddenly stopped working and made him unable to determine his location. Running out of fuel, he was last heard instructing his men to abandon their planes. They were never heard from again. So, was Flight 914’s fate a case of history repeating itself?
