For her trouble, she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. This opened doors for her to other roles, such as one in the film Oscar Opposite Sylvester Stallone. She would also reprise her role as Sue Ellen Ewing for two ’90s feature films. Her last film role was in 2019’s Intuitions.
