Newsperson Tracey Spicer started her work with Network Ten in the ’90s appearing on “Ten Eyewitness News.” She then formed an association with “Sky News Australia.” Her work as a journalist is commendable, and she has received several accolades for it, including a Walkley Award in 2018. Her charitable efforts and contribution to broadcast have also garnered her a Member of the Order of Australia.
While working at Network Ten, she met cameraman Jason Thompson and married him. She gave birth to her son Taj in 2004. Two years after Taj, she welcomed her daughter Grace. Spicer faced some career setbacks when she became a mother, and she credits Thompson with supporting her throughout it.
