Despite being the founder of modern computer, Turing had a difficult life because he was gay during a time when such an affirmation was wrongly considered to be a mental health issue and was even a punishable crime! The movie helped shed light on Turing’s genius and life struggles, and Benedict’s performance was simply heartbreaking.
