From an early age, Melissa Rycroft was an avid dancer and a cheerleader. She was so talented, in fact, that after her graduation, she became a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys! This would give her her first taste of reality TV, as her NFL gig culminated into her debut on the TV show CMT’s Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
Today, Rycroft has completely transformed her appearance and physique. Her on-screen persona has also translated into a transformation of her appearance and lifestyle and her liking for designer clothing. Since her TV debut, Rycroft has made appearances on a large number of reality TV shows and recently hosted CMT’s Redneck Island.
