Currently making waves as Annie Marks in the hit TV series Good Girls, Mae Whitman has made a silent name for herself in Hollywood films. She had roles as the President’s daughter in Independence Day, Katara in Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Roxy Richter in Scott Pilgrim vs. The World.
Whitman also has a role as Ann Veal in the hit show Arrested Development. She played the staunch Christian girlfriend of the character named George Michael, who was played by her Scott Pilgrim co-star Michael Cera. This character is in stark contrast to her less holy than thou Character in Good Girls, who has a reputation for moving between men.
