Dante Basco – Actor and Voice Actor

Dante Basco was born to a Filipino American couple in Pittsburg, California, in 1975. Not only did he become an actor at a fairly young age, but he was also a member of the Streat Freaks breakdancing crew. Best known for his role as Rufio in the 1991 film Hook, Basco continues to act and embrace dancing, voice acting, and rapping.

The 45-year-old has performed hip hop dances in various films, rapped in a Sprite commercial, and provided voice works in animated television series such as Avatar: The Last Airbender and American Dragon: Jake Long. You can expect more of his work in Chocolate, Underdogs Rising, and more.
