Since Karen Dotrice’s parents were both stage actors, she didn’t have a hard time following their footsteps. However, she did more than that. After making her theatrical debut, Dotrice tried her luck in the film and television industries, and of course, succeeded.
Dotrice has been an actress for the better part of her 64-year-long life. While there’s a good number of credits under her name, she will always be remembered for the role of Jane Banks in Disney’s film adaptation of Mary Poppins. For the last 26 years, Dotrice has been married to Edwin “Ned” Nalle, with whom she has two children.
