Wonders of the Modern World: Jaw-Dropping Infrastructures That Leave You in Awe

Y-Shaped Tokyo Highway

In Tokyo, there is a Y-shaped highway intersection with unique infrastructure. The road has significant curves and merging lanes, but it is designed so that vehicles always move in the same direction. Although it may appear confusing from above, the interchange is intended to be helpful.

Despite multiple ramps leading to the same place, it is not difficult to navigate for most city drivers. The interchange is divided into sections with one or two lanes, and unfortunately, there are no blinkers at the curves, so safety is a concern. But at least the Japanese are known to be polite and careful drivers.
