Construction cones and tapes serve to deter people from trespassing into a site. And while we can count multiple cones and lines here, this driver chose a different path. So, it’s understandable why that construction worker in the picture would be upset here.
After ignoring the cones and dodging the tapes, our BMW driver somehow found an opening and ran her tires over wet cement. Now, that road has to be fixed again from scratch. With the police officer in sight, she’s likely broken the law. Next time, we’re sure she’ll understand that cones and tapes mean to keep off.
