She spent the ‘80s playing Daphne on Neighbours, yet nowadays, she prefers teaching the art of acting rather than doing it professionally. Elaine Smith was born in Victoria in 1962. Though she may have physically changed over the years, as we all do, acting has always been a constant in her life, in one way or the other.
She’s a mother of two and a loving wife, on top of a teacher. Smith had two twin daughters with her husband, who’s also a former actor, Jonathan Biggins. The last time we saw her on TV was surprisingly enough, on a Home and Away episode in 2006!
