The love story of Larry Bird and Dinah Mattingly is alluring in many ways, including the fact that the bond rarely comes under public scrutiny. Despite the couple trying to keep their warm relationship under wraps, we all know that the association has been going great for over three decades.
The former basketball legend fell for Mattingly’s blond hair and hazel eyes in the early ’80s when they met on a student hangout called Ballyhoo at Indiana State University.
