Damaris Goddrie is known throughout the modeling scene for her shorter hair and “down-to-earth” looks, as they are often described. She comes from the Netherlands and was scouted in the street, no less.
According to Goddrie, she didn’t take the first several offers seriously, but only when an agency offered her work three times did she consider a career in modeling. Skipping any and all audition fuss, she debuted for J.W. Anderson in 2014 and has subsequently worked with Paolo Roversi, Steven Meisel, Mert & Marcus, and many more top names and brands.
