Jillian Mercado is into modeling and acting. She has muscular dystrophy, which makes her a wheelchair user and one of the few in the industry with that kind of a physical disability. However, Mercado is prominent never less and is changing the way people perceive such conditions in the world.
Mercado worked for Denim, Nordstrom and was photographed by many famous artists, mainly Michael Avedon. But, probably Mercado’s most prominent work was for Beyonce when she was one of the 3 girls who have promoted her merchandise in 2016 and that year’s Formation world tour. She was most recently in Galore magazine, while she was also in Glamour, Cosmopolitan, and others.
