This is the best example of right timing, wrong costume. Who wears a scuba diving costume and walks about in the middle of the road? These Norwegian mavericks from the little municipality of Bergen, that’s who! What’s funnier is the fact that they are nowhere close to an actual place where they can go scuba diving.
These two are serial pranksters who try to get captured by the Google Street View car, and you can find them in many snaps of the locality. Who knows, they might have been planted by the authorities like Easter eggs!
