Singer Robbie Williams often showed off his hunky figure, but he later let his body go as he got older. When he was going to perform around Europe for his Take That reunion tour, he decided that he wanted to get in shape again. He started hitting the gym while doing a lot of yoga.
He also made sure that his daily food intake consisted of healthy meals. Sources say he was able to shed around 24 pounds for his tour. Williams continues to try new things in his career today, and, in 2019, he released a Christmas album called The Christmas Present.
