Charles Barkley used to be so fit when he was still an active NBA player. He played for teams like the Houston Rockets and the Phoenix Suns. After entering retirement from playing, he ended up gaining a lot of unwanted pounds. Fortunately, he’s finished with being a chubby guy, for he had a successful weight loss transformation.

He dropped around 27 pounds from eating healthy meals and exercising regularly. He even showed off his new figure in a Weight Watchers commercial in 2012, wherein he cross-dressed to show that trying to lose weight is not just a thing that females do. In 2020, Barkley appeared on programs like Anderson Cooper 360°, Get Up, and SportsCenter.
