Why Is the Snake So Slow?
After laying it out, the workers were ready to go back to work. They watched the anaconda move slowly and hoped it would leave without getting worked up. However, it seemed to be moving too slowly.
Based on information from National Geographic, this creature was sleeker in water than on land. Its nose and eyes are on top of its head. So, it can float and attack without giving its prey a head start. However, something seemed off with this particular anaconda. What could it be? Why was it moving so slowly with a protruded belly?
