Mary Lou Retton – Age 53
Sports enthusiasts may already know this, but Mary Lou Retton is an American retired gymnast who secured a gold medal in the 1984 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles. In 2020, she even became the first woman to be inducted into the Houston Sports Hall of Fame.
While Retton has had a few screen appearances, including Knots Landing and Baywatch episodes, she hasn’t been very active since retiring from gymnastics. Surely, her sports activities may have something to do with how great she looks at 53.
