Brigitte Nielsen is a master when it comes to taking care of your health and fitness as you get older. Would you guys believe us when we say that she’s already 57? She was even able to bear a child back in 2018 when she was 54.
She mentioned in an interview once that eating right and working out is her secret to looking young. Nielsen rose to fame after starring in movies like Cobra and Beverly Hills Cop II. Her most recent role was in The Experience back in 2019, and it looks like she doesn’t have any new parts yet as we speak.
