Ellen Hoog retired knowing without a doubt that her name is stamped forever in field hockey history. Her career started in 2004 when she was I7. Ten years later, she won the “Best player of the tournament’ at the 2014 Women’s Hockey World Cup. Hoog was on the Netherlands women’s national team at the 2008 and 2012 Olympics, and she won a gold medal at both. She has won two World Cups, two Hockey Championships, and three European Hockey National Championships.

Hoog proved her brilliance to the world when she authored and published her book, “In Perfect Condition” in 2015. She eventually got married, and 2017, and they welcomed their first daughter in 2019.
