The exterior, as discussed, seemed very well kept. It was tidy and didn’t look like the house of someone messy. It looked as if it wouldn’t need much work after acquisition. The garden in the front yard was well maintained as well.
The lingering worry of her being a hoarder was still a bit disturbing, but the exterior sure made things a bit easy for the time being. The sisters inspected the rest of the elevation before they were ready to go in. They wanted to inspect all corners of the exterior before meeting the owner.
