Xie Qiuping might just be the real-life Rapunzel. And we reckon even the people behind Guinness World Records would agree! In 2004, they declared her the owner of the record for the world’s longest documented hair when her tresses were measured at 18 feet and 5.54 inches.
Asked about the secret to her amazing feat, she said that all it took was patience and keeping her posture straight. She reportedly began growing out her locks in 1973 at the age of 13 and slowly but surely got used to their incredible length over the years.
