Camilla Might Never Be Called Queen
When Prince Charles finally got to wed his longtime love in 2005, the then-Camilla Parker-Bowles became the Duchess of Cornwall instead of getting the title Princess of Wales, which has since been attached to the late Lady Di. And as it turns out, she might lose out on the title of queen, too, when her husband ascends to the throne.
The Duchess of Cornwall would be called Princess Consort instead of Queen Consort when the time comes. The title was reportedly created for her as crowning her queen would allegedly cause a public relations nightmare for the royal family.
