During carnival season, the Pelicans come over with the King Cake Baby mascot that roams the streets of New Orleans. This creature can scare everybody it sees on the road with its distinctive unblinking eyes, its large diaper, and a bib.
Understandably, these journalists got a massive shock when the “baby” surprised them. Who, after all, wouldn’t be afraid of such crazy eyes? Fortunately, the only intention was to scare the two reporters, but it seems to have been a failure since they were just humored about it all. In terms of appearances, this mascot may just be a baby, but it’s definitely one of the most terrifying of them all!
