Every mascot aspires to be the master of their community, and they will go to great lengths to obtain and maintain that status. The Phillie Phanatic green bird mascot takes the field against the opponent’s unsuspecting pig mascot. He was pumped with hot dogs and fell to the ground helplessly in the process.
This occurred on Dollar Dog Night, which must have been a beautiful day for the bird mascot. Fortunately, the pig did not sustain any damage, and the Phanatic was never punished or left in a worse state. They can thank their lucky stars that the audience wasn’t involved.
