Cynthia Nixon made her name playing Miranda Hobbes in the critically acclaimed show S*x and the City. While she was married to school teacher Danny Mozes for 15 years and shared two kids, they divorced in 2003. By 2004, Nixon came out as bis*xual and was dating activist Christine Marinoni.
Together the couple attends, and the world’s largest LGBTQI Synagogue called Congregation Beit Simchat Torah. They’ve also had their fair share of challenges, most notably Nixon’s battle with breast cancer. Nixon has since become a breast cancer activist and Ambassador for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. She recently had a role in the Netflix drama Ratched.
