The center point of the Netflix documentary Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem, and Madness, Joe Exotic, is portrayed as a gun-toting macho man tiger breeder hell-bent on getting rid of the people opposing him from having his tigers. But he also has a soft side, which is touched on when he speaks about meeting his husband, Dillon Passage.
Joe and Dillon met while Dillon was working on the big cat farm Joe owned and married in December 2011. Joe is currently serving out a 22-year sentence on conspiracy charges to commit Murder and breaking the endangered species act.
