PERICO LEGASSE AND NATACHA POLONY
Périco Légasse began his career with the newspaper “Le Matin de Paris” before joining “L’Événement du Thursday” in 1987. Later, he established himself as a gastronomic columnist for the weekly “Marianne “, where he still carries out his functions today.
