Throughout the years that she served Salazar, she had never let his foul mood dampen her spirit. She always served him diligently and cheerfully no matter what he threw her way and strangely enough, she had grown fond of him.
And it would appear that Swords didn’t take it for granted. He may have never shown it being his usual grumpy self, but the events that were about to follow revealed that he not only took note of her kindness towards him but also had big plans to reward her for it. His final act towards her was nothing rude or grumpy, it was overflowing with appreciation.
