Chris Tarrant carved a niche for himself in the history of British TV as the host of the reality TV show “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” He not only coined multiple catchphrases on the program but sold the show’s rights to multiple other countries during his tenure.
However, that is only a portion of what shines on his resume. Tarrant initially began his career by hosting the children’s TV show “Tiswas.” And that was the venture which took him into the limelight. In 2004, Tarrant was honored as an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for his charity work.
