Steve McFadden is an English actor known for his role as Phil Mitchell on the BBC One soap opera “EastEnders.” In addition to playing that role since 1990, he was also the presenter of the game show “Britain’s Hardest.” But his time on “EastEnders” was the most unforgettable.
McFadden’s character Phil Mitchell was a part of many iconic storylines, such as “Sharongate” in 1994, where he was revealed to have an affair with Sharon, his brother’s wife, and the “Who Shot Phil?” storyline in 2001, in which Ken was shot and wounded by a mystery attacker. He recently won the British Soap Outstanding Achievement Award in 2016.
