Gladys Knight rightfully earned the title of the “Empress of Soul,” and she’s widely considered one of the best vocalists of our time. Knight has charted several singles including her two hits, That’s What Friends Are For, and Midnight Train to Georgia which claimed top spots on the Billboard Hot 100.
Knight has also worked on film scores, most notably the 1989 James Bond theme song. As an actress, she has featured in productions like I Can Do Bad All By Myself (2019) and The Masked Singer (2019). Knight has three children from her first and second marriages.
