She is best known for co-hosting the television show “Entertainment Tonight” and for her work as a talk show host in her syndicated daytime talk show “Leeza.” Her fame soared in the ’90s when she became the first daytime television show star featured in an infomercial.
Through the decades, Gibbons has received awards for her television career and philanthropic work. She has a non-profit group and her own makeup line, and she has also authored a book. She continues to co-host the annual New Year’s Day “Rose Parade,” a role she began in 2017.
