It’s a form of exercise using a chair as the centerpiece. It’s useful for all ages, including senior citizens, but can burn up to 250 calories in a 32-minute session. It’s an excellent way for office-bound people to get a workout in; just drop the wine, cigarettes, and chips while you’re at it.
